Famed martial arts expert Bruce Lee once characterized his fighting approach as incorporating not just one definitive style. In that interview, he also compared his multi-faceted technique to the ever-changing fluidity of water. While I have no intent to drop-kick my art supplies or to attempt fierce tipsy hamster technique in the middle of a client meeting, you can see that my illustrative approach diverges from the standard. Many experts advise artists to contain themselves within one single niche, but it's just too much fun to explore a more diverse range. Truly Mr. Lee hit on to something with his mantra of "style of no style".
