For the 2026 Rochester Contemporary Art Center's 6x6 fundraiser, I painted a cluster of lilies inspired by the text of Matthew 4:28-30. It's quite true that even with all of our skill in designing & assembling apparel, it's hard to match the beauty of such short-lived blossoms as found in nature. As a wise man once said, "not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these." (verse 29; NIV)
MEDIUM:  Acrylic Paint & Watercolor
PAPER:  Acid-free Canvas paper
SIZE:  6" x 6"  (Note that the dark border in the images above only exists to differentiate between the slightly off-white paper and the white background of this page. The actual piece of art does not have any borders.)
